Brioni’s Ultra Premium Coffees employ a proprietary state of the art roasting method we call DROASTING™.
We utilize the DROASTING™ process to distinguish our product from less flavorful competitors. Most Roasters employ “wet-roasting”, which involves drenching the roasted coffee beans with water to hastily cool them to make the roasters ready for more beans.
Quick production is the priority in this method – not flavor. Unfortunately, this wet roasting process dilutes the coffee flavor by up to 25%.
When Brioni’s Coffees undergo the delicate, deliberate DROASTING™ process, the coffee beans are dry roasted in small batches using convection heat, then gently and slowly air cooled in a very controlled environment. This ensures a much more flavorful bean, which produces a more robust, delicious coffee beverage.
The DROASTING™ process takes longer, but you’ll agree it is well worth it. The quality is apparent when you see the dark hues of concentrated coffee.
